I've never hired a Private Investigator before. What do I need to do?
Few people have ever hired a Private Investigator. Tell us what is going on that caused you to call us. Be open. What you tell us will be held in confidence. You will find us patient, understanding, helpful and empathetic.
How much will it cost?
Most infidelity investigations will cost $1,000 - $2,000. Some will cost more and some will cost less.
Do I pay before the investigation starts or when it is completed?
A retainer is required before an investigation starts.
Explain the
retainer.
The amount of the retainer is based upon services requested. The payment of the retainer initiates the investigation. All costs are
deducted from the retainer during the investigation. Any unused
portion of the retainer will be returned.
How often is a person
wrong about their spouse having an affair?
Seldom. People suspect their loved one for a reason. The client is
almost always proven correct.
Can they find out I am
having them investigated?
Not from us. We will only release information concerning
an investigation to our client or with our client's permission or request or with a court order.
When will I know what you
find out in the investigation?
We update you concerning the investigative findings as soon as
possible.
How do you get the
information to me?
We can provide the information via phone, fax, e-mail,
courier or standard mail. We always inquire about the most secure
communication option.
How long will the investigation last?
Most investigations last one - two weeks.
What payment options do you have?
You may pay by credit card, check, cash or money order.
